I was in a party with my 1st day RAF accout also botting. RAF came from the account that was banned although the RAF account it still active.

I TOTALLY just jinxed myself. Yesterday I replied to a post here asking what the 'safe' way of making gold is. I basically spilled my entire method out for the poster (just trying to help) no more than 24 hours later BANNED! This sucks. I just put in my appeal so we will see what happens. I'm a bit nervous about the RAF account. Should I cool it on it? What do you guys think? They where in a party together but the RAF account got a level ahead. I was running Kick's profile and just figured yeah they will eventually get split up but I wasnt really in a hurry to level the toons. Also, this ban MIGHT not be from KICK'S profile. I have been farming pretty consistant the last 2 weeks on the accounts already lvl90 druid. So maybe it's a delayed ban from an earlier report. Or it is from a d-bag that reported me while using KICK'S. Guess no real way to tell cuz I don't see any wispers in the log. Oh well, we will see what happens I guess....

Chances are that you got caught on the druid that was farming. Were you using public or private profiles? Roughly how many waypoints were they and did you ever switch profiles?

I was switching between 3 different Multi zone public profiles. I've been reading and learning the last few days and was getting ready to try and make my our profiles tomorrow (my day off). I agree with it being the Druid. I was checking the new toon I was leveling last night and up until the sudden discontent Kick's was running smoothly. Got to level 35 in roughly 5 hours.

You probably got nabbed by the LCP detection. Private profiles temporarily remedy the issue but you need to switch them very often.

Yeah, that makes the most sense. Well, I have good news:
After a thorough review of the circumstances involved in his action, we have decided to overturn the closure. However, the account will stay suspended for 72 hours and is now considered on final warning.

Eventhough the 'final warning' basically means I need to pretty much be at the computer when botting now or stop botting on the account entirely at least I get all the mats and gold I had on it back. Valuable lesson learned here. No matter how long you have been botting and how "safe" you think you are doing it, you WILL eventually get caught. And public profiles are a no-no.

So my question now is, where do I go from here? Should I continue botting? Just for shorter times and supervise more? Or should I give the account a rest? And if so, for how long?

I don't want to cut and paste it just incase this site is monitored. However, I'll tell you my "selling" points. I played dumb as to the term "bot" and what it meant. Claimed I was no computer wizz. I also explained that I work overnights and just sit at a computer all night. And that my work's internet is slow and not good enough to run dungeons and raids so I just farm a lot to make gold to buy the JC mounts. Blah blah blah.
