Jewlcrafting + Enchanting money making

I know there's way to use JC and Enchanting together to generate a lot of gold. Somehow in the process you end up with A LOT of enchanting mats, but i honestly don't even know what to do.

Do i get a bunch of ore and use it to make greens or w/e with JC, then disenchant the greens i make it JC in order to get Enchanting mats?

Anyone familiar with what to do with these two professions, could you please explain what to do?

I don't understand that spreadsheet it says I can make 11,000g an hr I don't believe that so I must of filled it out wrong :/
