Jade Witch Doctor not using Soul Harvest

Apparently my Trinity is only using Soul Harvest on trash mobs, doesn't use on single targets (elite's or rift guardians)?

I just noticed that it actually is casting single target in Greater Rift (R-Rift profile) just not casting single target soul harvest in normal Rift's (R-Rift Profile also)...weird.

Have the same issue here. It only casts Soul Harvest if there are 5 or more monsters nearby. Which means not at all on single bosses and rift guardians.
