I've been thinking - Buy MoP or not?

So I just got a hold of a SoR account and did the hole ressurection thingy now and now I got a 80 druid.
Is it really worth to buy MoP and start to level it or should I try to bot some "old" ores and herbs?

What do you think?

If you are willing the account, I would level it to 90 with MoP and farm the herbs and ores from it which are highly profitable, otherwise, don't use GB2, it's a big no-no for those not willing to lose the account.

Well Im willing to loose the account But MoP is so expensive
But if I put everything in a guildbank, how big chance is it that the account who takes it out gets a ban?

on almost all servers i play on 7 servers, old ores and herbs are more expensive and wanted then the new ones so i Think you should just find something that does 1-525 herb& mining and reset and do that till u get banned and keep the Money etc in a guildbank thats on Another acc Gl hf

On the eu servers that I play, lvl 10-20 herbs are really expensive and same with the dust, because a lot of ppl its tired of raiding and its making alters, they needs new proffs but hates farm, then AH demand its incredible... same with Cataclysm ores/herbs, more expensive than MoP yet , In mop you can gain with disenchanting or prospecting mats, but if you want sell directly ores/herbs, better farm low level trash
