IV? or CP?

Should I set option that keep highest CP? highest IV? or both?

I want to see your opinion.

IV is a representation of the pokemon potential (Individual Value) If you are gonna create big baddies, you want the high IV.
CP is just IV with leveling. The CP level can be misleading.

At level 30 a 100IV gyrados is 2400, a 98IV gyrados is 2366. For me.

Pokemon order of importance goes:
Pokemon Type
Move Set
IV
CP

You won't know the move set til after you evolve it.

I have 2 garydos and i am level 30.
89IV = 2334CP
69IV = 2283CP

I would pick CP untill level 38-40 to be honest... and starting from there , i will start replacing highest CP with Highest IV.

What i can see is with "highest CP and IV" it is also holding on on highest IV.../

I'm doing CP until lvl 40. When I'm there I'll just snipe 100IV's for the big ones (gyarados, charizard, dragonite etc.) and keep the rest normal. Never going to use most of them anyway
