IV and CP Transfer

It would be great, instead of having the option of keep 1/2/3 with CP/IV, to make a filter so you dont transfer pokemon with greater IV than XXX and/or greater CP than YYY.

The way it is now can make you transfer really goods pokemons which in other way you wouldnt do it.
