So Blizzard refused to refund my $12.49 investment in my new account which was less than 6 days old. I had only scratched the surface of their content. They said that even though I had been banned for 6 months, because I had played any WoD content at all, I was ineligible for a refund. Well that wasn't good enough for me, so I filed a complaint with my bank.
