I know it's in the mail. I will be banned at some point. i sell all big items in the RMAH. And small items for repairs and potions ect for IGG..Should i be withdrawing my money often from battle.net? If i get banned will they actually keep it? thanks in advance for help.

are you saying that you have all your funds in battle.net balance?
 
I have 99 cents on my battlenet balance, and that's 99 cents too much..
 
They ban your diablo licence, so it wont effect your balance at all.
 
Wait wait wait, why isn't the money in your paypal? Why is it in your Bnet balance? You can't transfer Bnet Balance -> PayPal, I really hope you realize this....

In game in the AH you choose in the drop down, BNET Balance or PayPal, once it's in Bnet balance, that's it, you can only spend it on diablo shit. I really hope you love WoW and need to buy MoP still, or maybe you just feel like using all that money to gear my monk since you are stuck with bnet balance now ;)
 
what if i use my other account to buy out an item and swap the money there., i know ill get hit for the 15% 2 times but whatever

Technically, yes you could use another account with another paypal attached, sell crap items for huge money to yourself, get dinged 15% and cash out - but youd probably get banned pretty damn quick after if it was all same name/same ip and that sort of stuff....
 
Facepalm thread of the day right here. Open another account, attach paypal and buy the items with the B.net balance account. Otherwise enjoy your battle.net balance.
 
why not purchase a truckload of items using the bnet $$$ at low market value and resell high on paypal
