Its freezing in raids and dungeons

Its not completely freezing but screen slowing very badly.My wow graphic settings on fair and my comp build i4790k,gtx 970 evga,16 gb ram and ssd i dont understand why its so laggy screen ? Anyone know how to fix it ?

No man its solved,i read kaspersky problem after open thread,after adding honorbuddy kaspersky trusted list,its gone
