Items that get sold while running a profile

I know there are tags such as <MailWhite>, <SellGreen>, and other such tags for grey, white, green, blue, and purple. I know you can set them for mail and sell. My question is do all items that fall under those certain colors get sold, or, do those colored items only apply to armor and weapons?

I was curious because I know while leveling in Outlands there are several recipes, patterns, and other such things that drop from mobs. I'm assuming that if they were one of those colors they would be sold off, or mailed, depending on which True/False flags you have set, correct?

Also, is there a tag that will allow you to keep those types of items, or is it purely colors only?
