Items in itemlist still being disenchanted

Hi,

I have had several items like the tal rasha chest, the firebird boots and the chantado offhand disenchanted even though they were ticked in the itemlist. How can I fix this? Note that I have duplicates of these items in my stash so not sure if that affects it.

Many month reported issues with disenchanted wrong items legendary and ancient but always no fix. I have too a big issues when my bank is full, my bot take random items in the bank and salvage for have free slot
