Can someone please make a plugin that will do BGs and upgrade your items once you have 1500 Honor? Thanks

There's a new feature in 5.1, it's upgrading items. You can use Honor Points to upgrade Dreadful gear at an NPC for 1500 Honor points. I'm looking for a plugin that will automatically upgrade my items when I have 1500 honor.
