Item switcher/swapper

Is there a plugin where you swap items and swap again after certain condition is met? Like I want to use new SoJ against elite and swap back again to the previous item.

I have created a plugin that will swap out an Arcane immune neck when arcane is detected. I could add this ability as well probably. Good idea! I will add this to my to do list.
