Item rules request.

Hello! (current version of diablo3 is 2.12)
Can anyone share these item rules? (XML document) I do not use plugins!

1) Loots ALL ITEMS and all piles of gold. (including normal white items, reusable parts, arcane dust, veiled crystal, forgotten soul, ramaldinis gift and of course all marquise and imperial gems)
2) Salvages all normal, blue and all yellow items. All other items are put into box.

there is no plugin for loot rules? job just placed it there, and if you look at the last page, hitman made a updated good loot rule!

Actually I have no idea what are you talking about.
I do not use plugins and I have no idea how are they working.

All I need is XML file.
