It's recycling the wrong amount of items when it loots Pokestops. For instance when it reaches the amount of the item i said I wanted to keep in settings it will recycle more than it looted from the Pokestop and put me under the number of items I said I wanted.

[05:37:19] Received item 1x Pokeball.
[05:37:19] Received item 1x Pokeball.
[05:37:21] Recycled 2x Potion.
[05:37:46] Looting Belly Balcony II
[05:37:47] Received 100 EXP.
[05:37:47] Received item 1x Potion.
[05:37:47] Received item 1x Revive.
[05:37:47] Received item 1x Pokeball.
[05:37:47] Received item 1x Pokeball.
[05:37:47] Received item 1x Pokeball.
[05:37:47] Received item 1x Pokeball.
[05:37:48] Recycled 1x Potion.
[05:37:54] Recycled 2x Revive.
As you can see, it only got one potion from the first stop, which would only put it one item over the amount I said to keep, but it recycled two. Same with revives on the second Pokestop. Also if you have the transfer Pokemon immediately box un-checked Pokemon will never get transferred ever.
