Simple, check every type checkbox in the Item Type section and add ancient rule to each of it's required section, for the rings and amulets just don't add the ancient rule to them. See simple. I'm assuming the Ancients only option in the Items tab Legendary section applies to every type of item, haven't tried it myself as have my own rules set up.
