Item list: potions, follower items, and special items (spectrum, horadric hamburger)

Is there a way to add any of these? I basically want it to keep any perfect potion, or ancient follower item, and I am wanting to do a whimseyshire profile but am afraid it will trash spectrum/horadric hamburger...
