Okey, I been just collecting all ancient and manually salvaging them for....2 years now and I'm thinking of trying to move over to a loot rule but I never got around the customized loot list so I thought I try the "integrated" Item list loot rule.

As I understand, its a pretty simple loot rule to use but I wondering if there is any other options I need to check before I can use it?

MY FRIEND. I was the same as you, never used item list. Just look at the Item List Tab, explore the options. And make sure your "Item Pickup" Tab is set to "ITEM LIST".

I reckon just go through every item and check/uncheck the ones you want (make sure you check to box for "pickup this item"). Add a condition for "At least ancient" to each item so that you can afk 24/7 without your inventory ever getting full.

Some people already make some lists in the guides section. Copy one for you class, and edit somethings. I personally dont leave "at least ancient" for Mara neck etc, because I need a decent rolled normal one before ancient, if that makes sense.

For some reason ItemList crashes my D3 client after 20-30 mins of working, no matter what version of DB/Trinity (

I tried this, but it also started collecting and stashing every yellow item it finds, which I of course don't want lol. How can I prevent this from happening?

Leaving it unchecked, what happens, does it not get picked up, or does it get picked up and auto salvaged? just curious, making my own list even tho i use item rules this is more specific and down to the point I want, so gonna give it a try. but if I dont have to check every single item on the list, even the crappy ones then thats good.
