(Item Filtering Issue) Not selling according to set filter.

1. If this is not the correct forum for this issue mod please move to correct forum.
2. Here is my issue. I am trying to set EB to sell ALL rares below level 50. Doesn't seem to like my filter.
3. Tried just selling 2 hand rare swords. That didn't work as well.
4. Below are 2 screenshots of my filters along with a current log.

There are 4 main types of Categories implemented:
Pickup - An item that matches these filters will be looted.
Save- An item that matches these filters will never be sold. These filters are what the old Stash filters were meant to be.
Sell - An item that matches these filters will be vendored if and only if it does not match any Save filters.
Id- An item that matches these filters will be identified.

Below "level 50" or below "item level 50"? If it's "level 50" that is not supported in that plugin, only the actual Item Level filtering was added way back when.

Secondly, do you have ID filters to id the same rares? If not, they will by unid, and the bot won't sell them!

1. Yes, I do have it set to ID all rares.
2. Item level or Required level should not make a difference. Stashes ALL rares regardless. You can see my current settings in my screenshots.
