post a full log for assistance (attach it)

most common problems are:

wow not in windowed mode
not using d3d9 (using d3d11 in config.wtf instead)
not running hb (or wow) as admin
not having .net 3.5 sp1 installed / turned on

i know this is it. i was lookin at forums earlier to fix my lag problem in Deepholm and it told me to put -d3d11 at the end of the wow file name to make sure it uses it. any ideas to undo that?
