It is safe to bot after patch?

I aint' tried the bot yet cause of the update, but from what i see it is almost ready to go.

Is it safe to start botting when the new version of the program is released?

i need to level a char from 85 to 90

this bot has been running for like what? 6 years?

it's probably not possible for blizzard to catch casual botters
if there way a way to detect the actual bot, they would have fixed it
it's also possible they can actually detect it but just don't care

the only way to get banned, as far as I've seen so far on this forum,
is if you let your bot run for too long or make it too obvious you're botting

the easiest way to get banned is to bot for profit (gold) or personal gain in the AH.
In saying that reading the new agreement and the fact that you have to agree to them scanning your cpu and your ram for information then danger lies there.
I'm looking at ways to try and prevent them access even though I agreed they could, but it wont be easy..
