It frack'n amazes me...

First off I understand that people that are new need help. I along with otehrs beleive though that being able to read is a by far the most important bit of knowledge needed to work with this software.

That being the case, when someone comes into chat saying stuff doesnt' work. And you ask them "Did you read the forums? the threads related to HB? related to the CC? related to the profile?" and they respond.. "What threads do i read?" or "I downloaded it but it doesnt' work". Now i'm not the only one that is thinking it, but i'll say it.. "GET A FRACKING CLUE PEOPLE!@!#!@" I mean yes people are here, its a community, and we DO help people. But those that refuse to READ what we are tell them on fixing problems, do you think they really deserve help?

Like the CC Devs, Profile makers, the rest of us help when we can. We take what we were told in the past and build on it. You don't goto school and go "Teacher I can't do this problem it won't work" and then expect her to give you the answer.. NO, they tell you where to find the answer, how to solve the problem. If you don't read the book, how will you know? Why should we have to repeat what so many before you have already asked and we provided answers in the forums, just cause your too lazy to read it all?

The Forums are there to track things. If you expect to come into chat and say "I can't make it work.." "This bot sucks cause my toon doens't do anything" and so on and so forth.. know that yes you WILL be treated like a troll by alot of us cause if you open your eyes and read the forums, there are GUIDES, there are threads for HB, CC's, Profiles that usually explain ALMOST ALL of the issues, and they even, get this, they EVEN GIVE DIRECTIONS ON WHAT INFO TO POST IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, that even an adult can understand (all be it, lately thats not been the case I guess).

Ok, enough ranting by me.. yes let the flames begin, but think about it.. you KNOW i'm only saying what most of you are thinking.....

This seems to be an reoccurring issue here haha, as we've seen it's caused CC/profile/plugin makers to move their work to other sites, leave the community, or keep all their work private now. People need to start working for themselves instead of having people do everything for them.
 
I agree.. the the CC and prof dev's work very hard for pretty much nothing and yet people complain about them. When i've had problems I read the threads, and then if i dont' find an answer I post on the thread. I admit there have been times i've over looked the fix and was pointed out to me, but i didn't start bitching and moaning on here or in chat about it all. I'm sure it will die down some it always does., but MAN .. LOL ok back to cleaning and botting.. i'm aiming for #22 and #23 within the next 24hrs :)

indeed, hehe a lot of people have that because peopl heard somewhere its a amazing bot they download and tink it will work in 1 go. It actually will if you did read threads manuals and such:)

also amazes me when devs ask for a COMPLETE log people say omg its not working!
 
to hell with complete logs, if people actually started postings logs at all it would make things a lot easier.

No offence mate, but it is a useless thread to create, i understand your frustation's but your not the only one that get's pissed of about all the kid's that buy this product and expect to press 1 button and be a instant 80 in a few day's. I shut down my profile work a few month's back and fpsware got so pissed of he moved his work to another source so he had power over the post's.

Chat is for people who want to chill out not for support which has been stated many times but what happen's when someone start's bitching that there HB doesnt work in chat? Nothing, the rule get's broken and no one has the balls to enforce the rules.

People should be told before they buy HB/GB if they hav'nt got the ability to use the search function and find there answer or post log's with there problem's they will be muted and if the carry on acting stupid they will be banned.
 
Tbh stop complaining. If you don't want to help, don't help. Noone's forcing you. There are a lot of people who see a topic and think "I was stuck when I first used this bot. I'll help" and others that think "pfft noobs". It's the ones that think "omgomgomg arghhhh!!!! dont ask questions like this jesus!!! find the answer on forums!! you offend me so much ima kill myself now!!" that end up creating topics stating their frustration and making it harder to find helpful threads buried on the site.
 
People bitching about stupid people to me is more annoying than the stupid people themselves.
Its like this forum is the first time you guys have come into contact with retards. Well guess what they're out there, you went to school with them, you work with them, you see them in the street, hell you may have even married one. Either way, they walk among us, seemingly normal but hopelessly stupid, and sadly, they are here to stay.

Now there are 2 ways to deal with retards or "mouth breathers" as some call them;

1. Simply ignore them and go about your day, and it will be like they never existed.
2. Rage on them when ever you see them, start threads about how much you hate them that they cant read anyway. And ultimately incite a tard genocide in which we go to their homes one at a time and verbally abuse them for 30 mins to an hour before harvesting their organs and dumping their body in a crab pot.

Since im a lazy man I choose option number 1.

Bossland, I bet... things have been in turmoil as of late and people complaining about small things well ya you get where i'm coming from. I look forward to the future work :)
 
The biggest problem isn't that most users don't want to read or being helped, the problem is that the average user is borderline stupid. Even if you try to help them, they won't understand it, in my opinion the software is not mass market compatible because it needs logic, comprehension and interest, which the average user lacks. If you realy want that these kind of questions / threads stop, you need to release a manual that even the most retarded person can understand.
 
But there are.. if you look under guides.. there's simple video guides that walk thru most basic steps. And if they are on the internet they've clicked a youtube video somewhere :) but yes .. logic is in extreme short supply lately.

Funny part is, you're ranting about the stupid people bitching about stupid people.

When you mean my post, maybe you should read it again to fully comprehend it.

@jawn: Yes, but how many people are looking in the guide forum when they have a problem? There should be an FAQ with problems that most users get
 
thats the core of the problem though.. if they won't read the guide section whats gonna make them read a FAQ?

As some have already mentioned in this thread, people are just too damn lazy to read instructions and want to be spoon fed. This pisses me off no end, and its the primary reason I relocated my CCs to an external forum.

All that will change, watch this space :p

EDIT: Yes, I have relocated my CCs back to this forum as I now have moderation privilages. Yes I am supporting all my CCs.
