it doesn't attack

Hello,

I am a beginner with honorbuddy but I actually have some real life friends who use it for a while now and they couldn't also be able to help me. I got the honorbuddy.exe and it works perfectly. I downloaded kicks files by SVN and it seems to work perfectly but my char is not attacking anything. he targets he follows but he doesn't attack. I could also see that debug from honorbuddy is reporting some error. It seems like he doesn't know how to use a rogue or any other class since its behaviour is the same in other chars. There is any class update that a should know? please give me an hand on this issue. I could look for profiles but it doesn't make 2much sense since it works perfectly for my friends in all kind of class without downloading any kind of different profile.

Hey,

have you already tried another CC? (Custom Class) Also, please post a log file, so we can watch at it and see what went wrong. You can find the log files in your HB folder /logs.

Singular doesn't support Sub rogues at this current time. Try have alook in the Class forums for a Sub rogue CC.

Omg i am having the exact same problem.. i just don't get how to add routine or whatever you do!... I did just bought it this morning and lol for 7-8 hours i have been reading guides and things like that without understanding how it works would REALLY i mean REAALLYY appericate if someone could help out! i play DK and i tried to farm bracletes from slags in halls of lighting i got the profile but then it says "Routine" missing.
This is what it says:
Changing current profile to panYama's - Love Charm Slags
Could not find a routine fitting for your class. Please make sure you have a proper combat class routine in your folder, and restart Honorbuddy.
Remoting server started
I would REALLY appericate if you could help out!!!

make a new install of honorbuddy, then dont mess with the things inside the customclasses folder, specificly dont mess with the folder named Singular inside the custom class folder. now if you get the message the user quoted above, with the [singular] tag, then ether change your spec, or find another customclass from the classes section from the forum and make sure you read the instructions on how to install that CC properly, the CC's that say "LazyRaider" will not work for you. not only that but if you look theres a guides section in the honorbuddy section feel free to go in there and read a few guides, theres also a wiki above with TONS of usefull information.

Update your singular custom class via svn and if you are a blood dk(dps/pvp gear works fine for this) grab the singular edits I did specifically for this farming. It is in panyams thread. Have a good one.

I c, but the problem is i need this explained... see i don't understand how this works. Like if i find a "CC" what do i do when i've downloaded it ? like.. do i put it into a folder and magic happends my charachter starts to hit ? ... i don't get it :(.

did you even read my post? i left very detailed instuctions for you to follow on what to do.
 
then it doesnt work with any class? because I tried a mage and a priest and i am getting the same problem aswell... my final question is, if my friends can use it in their own pc's without downloading anything else (only kicks) why it doesnt work for me?

If you want to use sub spec, then you are going to have to use a different customclass.

As for priest and mage, I couldn't tell you whats wrong with them without the logs for them. Your current issue was with your rogue, and that is your issue with the rogue.

simply put, Singular is released with HB for reasons am not even sure off as it doesn't cover all specs nor both PvP and PvE in its supported specs, So you do need to take a few moments to find a CC you like the look off, read tho some of the posts that people have given feedback on, then choose to use that one or not, Singluar works fine, but only if its spec is supported.​

Yes, but i read it afterwards now i uninstalled HB and installed it again didn't have all folders last time the folder "CustomClasses" were missing.. Anyways now i've downloaded it and kinda unsure of what to do.
Like should i install that SVN thing? (If so PLEASE explain for what reason as i do not understand) Then i got no idea of what i should do next...




EDIT: Also i'd like to thank you all for helping out, want you to know that it's really appreciated! =)
