It Does Not Soul Heal

The bot knows how to get to the Soul Healer, When the bot clicks the heal, the window keeps coming on and off and it gets stuck trying to soul heal. I have to manually Stop the bot and manually soul heal. Not sure if it's because i am in a guild and it gets confused when the option "use Guild Money" or not sure what the problem is here.
