I sent in an email explaining that I purchased an incorrect bot. I bought buddywing accidentally through an incorrect link on Google. They told me that they could not find a transaction for my account. Then I checked my credit card account and saw not 1 but 2 transactions one is posted and one is pending. I have not used buddywing nor have i received the key for it and I'd like to know if it is possible to switch the key for buddywing to honorbuddy.
