issues with DB

windows 10 current vers.
alienware m17 r5

running D3 and noticed it is constantly stuck.
constantly searching bounties instead of actually doing them.
when collecting loot, not auto-salvaging at the smithy.
when completing bounties in acts, will not collect stashes from tyrael.

before the DB closed and relaunched, it worked perfectly fine.
is there a patch, plugin or something or is it a trinity thing?
