Issues with buying Demonbuddy

I'm trying to buy demonbuddy at the moment and I am having issues with my location. I'm getting an error message saying that this product is banned in Germany and must verify my location once i try to purchase the product using paypal. I'm sure this is an easy fix, please let me know.
