I've made a few threads before but they've merely been ignored.
I've been having so many issues with Archebuddy lately I don't even know if it's worth using anymore, I'm starting to get really pissed off. Not at you Out, I know you're working to resolve these and you're having trouble reproducing these errors, it's just EXTREMELY frustrating.
Here is a list of things that happen to me with Archebuddy:
Client initialization time out. You signed into my PC a month or two ago and figured this out somewhat and pushed a patch. It worked fine since. Now that I've reinstalled my Windows/Archebuddy it's fucked again and I am lucky if I am able to press play and have the game launch on the first try. It also doesn't launch after you close the game with the stop button. It always times out and I need to restart it.
When I try to close archebuddy 90% of the time it stops responding and I have to go and end the task.
When I go to character select on both of my chars the game crashes. Or exit game as well.
These are some of the issues that I've been experiencing. I would be willing to let you use Teamviewer but I won't give you direct access to the accounts, sorry. I just don't want to be signing in with a different IP address from a different country because it could possibly increase my ban risk etc.
Please let me know if you want to Teamviewer. I've sent you a message on Skype saying the following:
Whenever I close my Archeage game session through the Archebuddy stop game I need to completely restart Archhebuddy in order to sign in again or else I get the client initialization time out error.
