Just finished letting HB, HBRelog and GarrisonButler do all my garrions. Went to log back on and level an alt, but I am unable to get HB to load.
The odd thing is, HBRelog is able to start WoW and HB without issues.

Attached is the log of when I try to open HB with a new instance of WoW via the icon not with HBRelog

are you ok now?
I was until just now. Same problem, new log
Edit: Some more info. It looks like if i start WoW via the HBLauncher i am able to load and attach HB, but if i start WoW via the battle.net client or directly from the wow.exe, I get the attached problems

make sure wow is running under 32bit

Yep certainly is. Have removed the wow-64.exe and created a symlink back to the 32bit exe. My shortcut is using the -noautolaunch64, and the battle.net client is set to launch 32 bit only.

completely restart your machine.
wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

I have figured out what was causing this problem, for me at least.
After doing the rounds with GarrisonButler and HBRelog, there was almost always a single wow.exe process still running in memory, but with a status of 'Suspended'
As soon as i kill that process, HB is able to startup and attach without issue.

Not sure if HBRelog is trying to open a second window if it doesn't detect wow starting up in a set time out, but thought I would post what I found to help out others
