issues installing honorbuddy

ive been having issues trying to reinstall honorbuddy, I'm getting a error code : 0x80070490 - element not found. I've ran honorbuddy on my pc before and never had this issue, curious if its on the honorbuddy's end or if its my end. I've tried getting the file thru unzipping as well and its asking me for my log on code which i haven't used since i first installed it and don't know what it is
