Issues after upgrading to Windows 10

Hi. I woke up this morning to my PC automatically upgrading to windows 10 (Grrr).

Anyway I have not been able to get the BOT to work, it hangs on the Checking for Buddy Store products. This may take a while. I left it for over 30 minutes and it never resolved.

This is whole log that was generated....

I am running as administrator, but cannot figure this out. Can you please provide some more trouble shooting tips to try to resolve.

Big thank you to Raphus for working through this issue with me.
I cannot say it was one silver bullet that fixed it, but up and running now.
Things I have changed:
Updated Network/Ethernet Card drivers.
Clean install from Installer (had always used ZIP)
Change to North America from SEA server.
Lots of time and persistence from Raphus.

Is now working and I am very happy.
