Issue with getting Honorbuddy to work!!

worked perfectly fine until the drop of WoD. now it will load like it is going to load a profile and just shows a blank box, Now doesnt even ask me for my key or anything just loads straight to the Box where you pick your profiles and bot settings. have done all updates restarted computer and also have wow in 32bit mode. like i said it worked perfect before the launch.. any help would be appreciated

got the same problems like you...
someone told me to install vcredist_x86, it was allready installed so i uninstalled it and installed it again. still doesnt work.

im getting messages to delete "serrings" folder and other things nothing is working. i dont want to have to do a fresh install because the store doesnt work for me for some reason i dont get the option to install and i dont want to lose one profile inparticular... only other option is delete it and just have to give more money and buy a new key or something idk

i have the same issue when i start it it just loads to the honorbuddy and the rest is kinda greyed out i can click on buddystore that is it. never asked me for key or anything

On any new installation run this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/68254-install-buddy-product-try-buddy-dependency-wizard.html before HB, it should verify and install anything missing to run HB.

i search and found this https://www.thebuddyforum.com/honor...ic-dll-grey-window-doesnt-key-757-update.html . This fixed my problem and will fix yours if your windows doesnt ask for key and just goes to a grey window with the hb icon and buddy store lit up
