It seems my Wizard won't stop trying to cast Explosive Blast when teleporting to a new zone. I could dramatically lower my CDR as a work around but that would take away from the build. There seems to be no problems when doing rifts. It's just bounties in which she attempts to go straight from one zone to another. Any suggestions?
