Issue Catching Pokemon Since Recent Update

As the title states, ever since the last update (192?) pokefarmer no longer catches pokemon.
I don't know if I messed the settings up on accident, but in the settings I am set to catch pokemon still.

EDIT: Based on the logs, it keeps saying all the pokemon have expired?

Any help would be appreciated, cheers.

I checked my bag and ball count, but didn't know (or think) to check my inventory.
Somehow my inventory had more than I was able to carry.
