I don't have any toons at this level, but I was just on the Isle yesterday for the Quel'Delar quest and realized the Isle is full of quick respawns, and post-Wrath nobody is ever there. Perfect for grinding Netherweave Cloth and XP for 68-73ish toons. I suppose if you were working on achievements it'd be a nice place to grind Scryer rep too considering how many tomes drop.
