Iskar assist type plugin for dispelling Fel bombs

I think many would agree that having a plugin to handle fel bombs dispelling during the encounter would be awesome for any healer.

Just to add to this request thread more details to ease this process

You only dispel 'Fel Bomb' 181753 if you have buff 'Eye of Anzu' 179202

At the moment if you dispel Fel Bomb 181753 without the eye it will remove the green bomb but leave the red Phantasmal Fel Bombs 179219 that would have been auto dispelled if Fel Bomb was dispel whilst holding the eye which leads to aoe wide damage from those affected with bomb.
