Is Win7 problem resolved?

I am using DB on Win7 x64 and the D3 client crashes saying D3 Retail Has Stopped Working. I was browsing through the forum when I found that there were existing issues with Win7 OS only, I'm wondering have those issues been addressed or resolved?
 
partially,there are still some issues
 
I have posted a solution for this. Look for "(Solution)(Win7) Diablo III has stopped responding"
