Is transferring multiple Pokemon at the same time safe?

For example I choose 30x Pidgeys and Transfer them at the same time, instead of picking them all by one like we do on the phone.

does it higher the ban risk?

There is about a second delay when you use the app to transfer Pokemon and Niantic probably logs it so probably yes if you transfer Pokemon too fast. Niantic only has to do a simple search of journal log to figure out if you used a bot or not.
