Is there no way to specify LEGENDARY quality in the loot rules?

Trying to write my own loot rules xml and I'm doing pretty good. I've got it salvaging blues of only the qualities I want, as well as the rares but I'm fairly certain it's salvaging my legendary drops as well. I'd really like to tell it to let me keep all legendaries regardless of stats, without having to save all rares too. Does quality="Legendary5" work or something?

I believe it's just "legendary"!
