To begin, I am a new user. JUST purchased a 'x3' License the day before yesterday, and the ONLY time I have gotten it to work was this morning from 1:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. CST, US. This in turn leads me to believe that it is just an issue of not enough server space. At around 5:00 a.m. it started slowing down and stopping, and at 5:30 I made the mistake of attempting to restart it. Of course, since then it has given me the dreaded "Authentication Failed" message.

My point is this: An issue from the development side is forgivable. Not enough server space to meet the demands of a paying customer base, simply is not.

If I'm wrong, apologies ... but still want it fixed, as when working it is a great program and worth the almost-$100.00 paid. That has not been much though, and so far I am really dissappointed.

Chances are its down to the user requests and thread usage as every time someone tries to connect it creates a connection for that user. General webhosts have issues with more than a few as it uses resources such as ram, cpu and bandwidth. They are installing a load balance to handle it all so I imagine once they do all will be well.

It's because of HBRelog's extremely aggressive method of spamming login, which everyone uses... HB doesn't throttle and neither does HBRelog.
