Is there chance of honorbuddy getting shut down in US?

I just started up 10 accounts and I am kind of worried that the lawsuit will prevent me from making my money back. I read up on the lawsuit updates and saw they stopped selling in Germany, but what is to come in the near future?

Should we be worried about getting shut down anytime soon?

Blizzard and Honorbuddy Lawsuit: Exclusive Interview With Hawker from Bossland GmbH
There is a small interview in the above link, It didn't fully clear up any issues of being shutdown but from what I gathered it is perfectly legal under German laws (or possibly other countries laws) so to be honest I can't see a shutdown in atleast a few years.

There is always a chance it could happen, in much the same way there is a chance that the US government will outlaw online games. Though, the probability is rather small.
