If you didnt know, the guy is trolling you ... It's bound to that specific account so NO, you cannot do this ! :O
You can transfer it to a mule on the SAME ACCOUNT... Not to a different account ;D

There was a bug soon after the DE patch that allowed them to be dropped and traded... but that was fixed very quickly. Currently, there is no known way to trade DE. Just have the bots not pick them up at all.
