Is there any profile that automatically does all mop dailies ?(sorry if its a repeat)

Was just wondering if there's a profile that goes and does all MOP dailies , or even some that do them separately , i just cant bring myself to go every single day and do DAILIES ....
Sorry if this has been asked before , i couldn't find the post if it was.
