is there any other ways to set the travelling speed?

3.0km/hour is a bit slow for me, but if 10km/hour is used, probablywe cant catch pokemon and farm pokestop, for me 5.0km/hour is ideal, is it any way to set the travelling speed by ourselves?

Unfortunately no. Post a suggestion in the requests forum and mention you think there should be more speed settings.

I have mine setup to operate at 21km/hour and have not had any issues.
