Is there any Mobilephone App for writing back in WoW ??

And the App is connected with WoW
and if someone whisps a boting account of me then i can write back via the Mobile Phone ??

not that I know off, there is the thing you can subscripe to, where you can post auctions and chat in the guild chat, not sure about whispers though, highly unlikly

I need the sam elike the OFFICIAL WOW APP but only with the feature that i can wisp to non-Guildmembers

Well there is nothing like that, it would require that blizzard allowed people to communicate with their servers through a app that isn't made by Blizz, soo aint gonna happen
