Is there any guide on how to make questing profiles?

I know you can open up someone already made and check there but that just doesn't cut it for me. Is there any guide who explains how to make a questing profile?

Edit: Some questing profiles include several languages, is that really vital? If so, how would I find the quest names, mobs and such in for example German?

Most things are explained on the hb-mediawiki , there are some outdated pages occasionally on that wiki, but as soon as some improvements to the behaviours are done, the documentation will be updated again.

You can also look at existing profiles and look at how it's done there.

Both of those points together, should cover most issues you might have

I would be interested. I'm one of those ADHD people , so I have a very hard time reading things for extended periods of time , which in turn makes it much easier and quicker for me to learn through visual processes. Basically , I'm the show me once and you can walk away type.
