Is there any definitive CAUSE for the CVAR errors?

I seem to get these every now and then, and started getting them today. I went through the standard clear caches, repair wow, etc - nothing seemed to work but then I saw a post by an admin about deleting the refreshment plugin, that actually seemed to fix the problem, or at least it was the thing I did LAST before it started working again. - There may be no actual cause and effect relationship.

i can only fix ongoing issues. so unless its happening now, and you have a log to provide me, theres nothing i can do.

it was more of a question around why it happens - I have posted logs many times on the issue, and there are probably 10 or more threads created every day with the same issue but no explination really about why, just a bunch of "try this" replies. I'm trying to understand WHY it's happening so I can stop whatever behavior I am doing that causes it.
