Is there an option to save different "profiles"?

I use different characters and different builds alot and I also do regular rift, GR, and bounties. All of them use different settings in DB and my plugins. Is there a way to save my settings to different "profiles" that I can just select depending on what I am doing and what character I am using?

Not really what you're looking for but I just have different HB folders/installs for each account/character. Just copy-paste your HB folder and rename the copies whatever you want them to be for.
