Is there a profile writing program? with cordinates to add?

Hi im new to the bot and have been using profiles from the website.
Is there a program that i can use to make my own profiles? im not sure how to make hot spots and stuff and certain movements like going up steps and stuff.

any help would be nice,

dev tools - double click the 000 button and it will produce a hotspot

if it's for GB2, there's a plugin (in the new guy link in my sig)
