Is there a difference with proxiess or vpn's?

I'm trying to do a better job setting up my boys. My vpn sometimes disconnects (i'm using a paid public one for now) But i'd like to try a proxyy because I've read you can make the path of exile specifically run on a proxy or ip, while my paid public vpn requires an application with a poor kill switch.

Free proxies online usually only route http protocol stuff (aka just your web traffic ex:chrome,mozilla). There are proxies which work on the socks protocol which can handle just about every type of traffic that exists (ftp,torrent,etc.etc.) but it must be explicitly setup to route that type of traffic to the proxy. To be honest a solid paid vpn is your best bet. All of your traffic is encrypted and routed through your VPN which is what you want. IMO find a better vpn service. I used to use PIA and cannot remember a time when it dropped off, but I could enable a kill switch if I wanted.

For super combo wombo redudancy you could do paid VPN + proxy. That way all your traffic is routed through the VPN and you could explicitly route POE through the Proxy that way if it goes down you are still protected.

There's no point in going VPN + Proxy in botting terms. If you have some knowledge you could setup dante server on linux VPS and use Proxifier to route all your internet trough proxy server. That's safer than VPN (without firewall set up) because it won't let you connect without proxy connection.

But if you are not familiar with linux then I recommend to stay with public VPN's.

Well that's not so secret that you can install an proxy server by yourself. But newbie won't do it by himself and my advice is not to do anything if you don't know what you are doing

Hi. Its all ok. But than will be 1 IP for all bot . IP will be what is on the VPS. How youu do for each bot other IP than ?

additional IP`s usually go for 1$
